Our services include counter-party discovery and promotion, communication, negotiation, execution and settlement of trade. We provide the legal infrastructure, technology and guarantees as well as the operational and logistical support needed, for the smooth and effortless trade among our members.
Our members benefit from the bulk discount made possible by economies of scale of the whole group’s purchasing power and and are able to part fund the purchase using their excess capacity to procure much needed goods and services.
And our members are able to acquire a large group of new customers without spending huge sums in sales and marketing budgets thereby reducing the new customer acquisition costs.
How it works
The Double O signs the letter of authority with the seller to distribute the goods and services with our members and we outline a detailed description with terms and condition of the purchase and method of payment.
We collect the payments from our members and pay the seller as and when the payment falls due.
The seller is appointed one account manager who will then be a single point of contact to procure goods and services using the line of credit the seller have been credited with.
The account manager also act as a point of contacts to our member businesses to access the goods and services from the seller so as the seller only deal with one person instead of all the member businesses.
